Our fee structure is completely transparent. We do not charge for time cost, each investment/ property, based on the value of scheme and change of meetings. 

We do however reserve the right to charge for late payment of our fees and or any bespoke consultancy services. However, these fees will be agreed by both parties prior to providing the service.
